Learn to Make Yoga

Yoga as a word was derived from the Sanskrit root ‘yuj’ meaning to direct and concentrate one’s attention on, to use, to apply, and to culminate. It is the blending of our own will with the will of god. The blending of all out powers of soul, mind and body with that of god. Yoga means the evenness of the soul which enables one’s self to gaze at life evenly .Yoga is one of the systems of Indian philosophy , In Indian philosophy and thought god is everywhere(paramatma) in which the individual human spirit or jivatma is a part. Yoga teaches the means with which the jivatma can be united to the paramatma, leading to moksha. When the restless mind, thought, and one’s self is calmed through yoga the spirit within one’s self finds fulfillment. One would have found treasure above all others. One who has achieved this attainment will not be affected by sorrow. Yoga has different facets each reflecting a multitude of meanings and human endeavors to win inner peace and happiness. Hones work, without coveting others ‘selfless actions must be the criteria. One must not be affected by success or failure. This poise is called yoga. It is a living life in moderation. Moderation in eating, resting, and working with accordance in sleeping and waking is yoga. When the senses are nullified, when the mind is in full repose, when the intellect is in place, then the highest stage in yoga has been realized. One who has achieved this yogic stage with spiritual meditation will be free from delusion. One will have borne the fruits of yoga.

  3. A large percentage of of the things you mention happens to be astonishingly appropriate and that makes me ponder why I hadn’t looked at this with this light previously. Your article really did switch the light on for me personally as far as this particular subject goes. But there is actually 1 issue I am not too cozy with and while I make an effort to reconcile that with the main idea of the issue, let me see what the rest of the subscribers have to say.Very well done.
